Helios Pool Villa
The first of the freestanding villas. Its own gate, its own path down to the sea, and a pool long enough to swim lengths in before breakfast.
Helios is a whole small house: entrance courtyard, living room, separate bedroom, two bathrooms, and a galley kitchen fitted properly rather than token. Guests who stay a fortnight tend to take this one and cook once or twice a week.
The terrace runs the length of the building and steps down twice, so the pool, the dining table and the loungers each sit at their own level. The lowest step is the one to be on at seven in the evening.
