Thalassa
Our main table, and the only one we ask you to book.
The boats come into Naoussa between six and seven in the morning and the kitchen buys off them. What was landed decides the menu, which is written by hand each afternoon and is shorter than most guests expect: six or seven things, all of them cooked over charcoal or in the wood oven.
The terrace sits directly above the water at the north end of the bay. Tables are spaced for conversation rather than covers, which costs us twenty seats and is worth it.
On the menu
- Whole fish, salt baked
- Grilled octopus, fava, caper leaf
- Lobster pasta from the wood oven
- Kalathaki cheese, thyme honey, walnut
