Elaia Family Residence
The residence we built after a decade of watching families try to make a luxury villa work with a four year old in it.
Everything here answers a practical problem. The pool has a shallow shelf at the near end and a gate on the terrace. The two twin rooms sit either side of the main bedroom rather than across the house. There is a lawn, which on a Cycladic hillside takes some doing, and it is walled.
The kitchen is stocked before you arrive from a list you send us, and Little Elysis, the kids club, is a three minute walk down the path.
